Crispy Tilapia Filets with Fennel-Mint Tzatziki

I was inspired to make this after flipping through my Bon Appetit magazine. It seemed simple, yet delicious and that’s exactly what it was! If you haven’t yet discovered fennel I really encourage you to give it a try. It is certainly an odd looking vegetable, but once you start working with it, it is pretty straight forward.

Pork and Ginger Dumplings

We were making some finger foods for guests and while dumplings are not the typical “finger food”  they were a good munchie to have out.  We kept it pretty simple with pork, ginger, and green onion.  We tried a few different cooking types as can be seen above before deciding on the best.
