Seared Tuna Salad
Tuna Steaks (we each ate about 6 oz. of tuna)
1 bag of baby spinach
4 green onions, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup snap peas
1 tablespoon pickled ginger, chopped
1/4 cup cashews
1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Marinate the tuna any way you wish for one hour. Heat a pan until it is at least 180 degrees. Sear tuna, 2-3 minutes per side. Slice tuna into 1″ thick pieces.
In two bowls, divide remaining salad ingredients.
Add salad dressing of your choice. Enjoy!
