1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated onion
dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
Peel avocado and mash with lime juice.
In a separate bowl, combing half and half with yogurt. Stir to combine.
Add remaining ingredients to yogurt mixture.
Add avocado and combine.
Chill before serving.
