4 Egg Yolks
3 tbsp melted Butter
2-3 tbsp Lemon Juice
pinch Salt
pinch Cayenne
Melt the butter and let cool a bit and prepare a double boiler
Thoroughly whisk egg yolks and lemon juice
Place yolk and lemon mixture over double boiler and continue to whisk throughout
Slowly add melted butter, salt, and cayenne
Add warm water if needed to loosen the mixture to your liking
