Quick Shrimp Pasta

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and de-veined

1/4 cup olive oil

1 green pepper, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 jalepeno, chopped

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

dash salt and pepper

2 tablespoons butter


1/4 cup shredded parmesan

2 stalks of green onion, chopped


Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan. Add peppers, onion, and garlic for about ten minutes or until soft. Add butter.

Once butter is melted, add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes, until shrimp have just turned pink.

Cook pasta according to directions on box.

Place cooked pasta into a serving dish and add shrimp and sauce over the pasta.

For garnish, add green onion and shredded parmesan.
