View Spicy Cilantro and Green Onion Crab Cakes Post
8oz. Crab Meat
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1.5 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalepeno, diced
4 green onion stalks, diced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup canola oil, for frying
1 Egg
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients (except for oil).
Form into patties.
Heat oil in pan.
Once hot, fry each crab cake about 4 minutes per side.
Let cool on a paper towel lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
