Large can of diced or crushed tomatoes

Large can of tomato puree

2 cans of tomato paste

1 tbsp Red pepper flakes

1-2 tbsp chopped Garlic

1 medium to large chopped Onion

2 tbsp chopped Oregano

2 tbsp chopped Basil

1 tsp+ Salt

1 tsp+ Pepper

Combine all of the above and let simmer for at least 30 or minutes – the longer the better up to 6+ hours as long as stirred regularly.  About 30 minutes before ready to serve add 16 oz of heavy cream, when the mixture becomes hot, add the uncooked shrimp and stir just until they become pink (about 10 minutes or less) – not too long so they don’t become tough.  Serve and Eat.
