Pistachio crusted flounder

6 flounder filets

1/4 lb. pistachio nuts, ground in food processor

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons butter


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Dip each fillet into the egg and cover both sides with ground pistachio nuts.

Place in greased baking dish and top with small pats of butter.

Bake for about 12 minutes, or until fish breaks apart easily with a fork.
