Turkey Parmesan Lite

1 package boneless turkey breasts (chops)

breading: garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper, bread crumbs (optional)

1 small white onion, chopped

1 teaspoon crushed, roasted garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 bag of baby spinach

1 cup of tomato sauce

1 cup Italian blend cheese

basil (for garnish)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat each chop with the “breading”.

Place chops on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Remove chops from oven and add sauce to chops and cheese.

Turn oven to ‘broil’ and broil chops for 6 minutes longer.

In a separate pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Place spinach on plate and place turkey chop on top.

Garnish with fresh basil.
