1 lb thinly cut Steak (flank recommended)

1/4-1/2 cup Sesame Oil divided

2 Bell Peppers

2 small Onions

3-4 cloves Garlic

2 Banana Peppers

2 Jalapeno Peppers

1/4 cup Green Onions

1/4 Thai Basil

1/2 cup Cornstarch

2-3 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 1/2 cups Beef Broth (more if using for rice also)

Directions:

-Chop vegetables and saute in sesame oil except for basil

-Thinly slice steak into bite sized pieces

-Heat sesame oil in a separate pan, roll beef lightly in cornstarch and pan fry stirring until done pretty rare

-Combine beef, vegetables, and basil and continue to sautee

-Add fish sauce and beef broth

-Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened (you can add a little more broth and simmer a little longer if the texture/consistency is not what you were looking for)

-Serve as is, over rice or noodles
