2 cans tuna
1 can cannellini (white) beans
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
2 avocados, halved and peeled
Mix all of the above ingredients through salt and pepper together.
Pour into halved avocado cups.
