3 lbs. beef chuck roast, trimmed and cubed
1 large onion, chopped
3 jalepenos, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 packets chili seasoning
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2-14 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
8 oz can of tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 can of black beans
Brown beef in a heated dutch oven or stock pot for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir.
If using a dutch oven, cook for 3 hours at 325 degrees, stirring at least every hour.
If using a pot, keep on medium-low for 3 hours, stirring at least every hour.
