Canola oil for frying (enough for it to be about 3 inches tall in the pot)

12 chicken wings

1 stick of butter

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

dash of salt and pepper

1/4 cup grated parmesan

Directions:

Rinse wings and dry well before frying.

Heat oil to 350 degrees. When oil reaches 350 degrees add wings and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Place wings on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.

In a sauce pan, melt butter and add red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well to create sauce. Add fried wings to sauce, coating each wing evenly. Remove.

Sprinkle each wing with parmesan cheese.

Serve them up!
