Dry Rub (Used on Brisket)

1 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Chili Powder

1/2 cup Salt

1/2 cup Cayenne Pepper

2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

Combine all ingredients and thoroughly apply to raw meat of choice
