Canola oil (for frying), should be at least 3 inches tall in the pot
1 dozen chicken wings
1 cup of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
Rinse wings and dry well.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Fry wings in oil for about 8-10 minutes, cooking 10 at a time.
In a saucepan heat 1 cup of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of butter, per dozen wings.
Mix sauce until butter is fully melted and integrated. Dip each wing in the sauce  coating completely.
