This recipe will cover about 20 wings (2-3 lbs). Fry the wings in 375° oil for about 10-12 minutes until crispy. Allow to cool and dry for a few minutes then toss in assembled sauce.
4-5 cloves of finely chopped Garlic
2-3 tbsp of finely chopped Ginger (about two inches of a thick stem)
1/2 cup Rice Wing Vinegar
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/4 – 1/3 cup Honey (the more honey the thicker it will be)
1 cap of Hot Sauce
1 cap of Soy Sauce
Combine all ingredients and simmer for at least 5 minutes. Again, the longer you simmer and the more honey the thicker it will be. If you want a thinner sauce, use less honey and you can always add some water if it thickens too much.
