Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

16 oz. shredded cabbage

1 sm. yellow onion

3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup heavy cream

2.5  tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar

2.5 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

splenda or sugar to taste


Shred cabbage and onion in food processor and set aside.

In a separate bowl combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar (substitute).

Combine cabbage with dressing and allow to sit in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to combine.
