1 Ripe Avacado
Half of a Red Onion
1 Lemon
2 Ears of Corn
Pint Cherry Tomatos
Few sprigs of Basil
3 oz Gorgonzola
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Butter
Dash of salt and pepper
Wrap corn individually in foil with half tbsp of butter and dash of salt and pepper.
Roast on the grill for about 45 minutes turning every 10 minutes or so.
While corn is grilling, chop and combine all other ingredients.
Once corn is grilled and cool enough to handle, remove kernels and add to other ingredients and mix well.
