Adapted from Atkins’ recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon anchovy paste
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 dashes hot sauce sauce
3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
Keeps for 1-2 days.
