Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup brown mustard

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all above ingredients and roast for 45 minutes to one hour, depending on how soft and blackened you like it.
