White Bean Hummus Recipe

1 head of garlic

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 can of white beans

1 tablespoon tahini

juice from half a lemon

salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Prep garlic by lightly pealing it, leave the sheathe around the cloves.

Cut the bottom of the garlic head to expose the cloves.

Place on tinfoil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap it up.

Bake for 40 minutes.

In a food processor, add beans and tahini.

Peel roasted garlic from the peel and place in the food processor.

Blend as you drizzle in the olive oil

Add salt and pepper to taste.
