Garlic White Romano Sauce (Alfredo ish)

View Chicken Crocks with Garlic White Romano Sauce

1 diced Jalapeno

1 small Onion chopped

5 cloves Garlic chopped

3 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Butter

Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup Flour

1 cup grated Romano/Parmesan

1 cup Milk


Heat oil in a pan

Add chopped onion, garlic, jalapeno and salt and pepper

Once garlic is finely browned and onions are soft, add butter and continue to saute for 3-5 minutes

Add flour slowly and stir to make a brown rue

Add the milk and stir until until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese until thoroughly mixed
