This was the other superbowl dish. Not as easy as the sausage dip, but not too bad. They can be pan fried or baked, these were pan fried.
Start with ground chicken. Add blue cheese that you crumble yourself from a block. I always say leave some pretty big nuggets in there. Throw in a half cup of breadcrumbs or more to hold the meatballs together.
Add buffalo sauce prepared on the stove by mixing butter and hot sauce. Let it cool a little bit because you will be handling the mixture soon.
Decide how you are going to cook them and have it set up because your hands will be dirty after you mix this with them. Form and cook!
They will run a bit from juice of the meat, sauce, and melting cheese. Let them drain on a paper towel for a quick minute and serve.
