Super easy Sausage Dip

This super easy sausage dip was made on superbowl Sunday.  It’s taken a while to get around to posting it, still recovering.  This was a recipe from a colleague that had a well established reputation as being “addictive”.  It follows through with the promised ease and the hit of the party status.

Start off with softening two 8 oz packages of cream cheese.  I ended up microwaving these for a minute to loosen them up.

Add a can of chopped tomato and peppers like Rotel and I also added some canned jalapeno rings.  Brown a pound of sausage and crumble as much as you can while stirring.

Then just stir it all together and pour into a baking dish.

Refrigerate for a day or so or bake right away – 350 degrees for 15 minutes fresh, a little longer if cold.

Until nice and bubbly

Really easy to throw together.  Great with chips, bread, crackers, spoons, etc.

  1. Wow, this does look totally addictive! Dangerous, but in a really, really good way 🙂
