Quick Shrimp Pasta

This was a quick lunch Greg threw together the other day… I can’t even remember what day it is since the blizzard(s) hit. Anyway- it was a good, simple recipe with several ethnic influences.

Green pepper, red onion, roasted garlic, olive oil.

Scrimps.
