It’s exactly what it seems like it is. I took bacon and cooked and chopped it along with cubed extra sharp cheddar cheese and worked them into patties with some seasoning. Simple, quick, and highly effective!

Nice and chunky with the fillings. Throw them on the grill and watch for flare-ups. They were oozing with cheese by the time they were done and finding cheese pockets was like finding gold!
We went bunless and had a few of the standard burger condiments around. This was very simple but good enough to share. Get creative with your fillings! Blue cheese would be great!
