Crock Pot White Chicken Chili

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

2- 15.5 ounce cans of great northern white beans

2- 4 oz. cans of green chilis

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/ teaspoon salt

14.5 ounces chicken broth

1 cup water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the crock pot.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with fresh grated cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, avocado, fresh cilantro.
